Departing from London

London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is the UK's busiest airport, so it's recommended that you arrive at least 3 hours before international flights. You can travel from Central London to Heathrow in 20 minutes by express train, 30 minutes in a car or taxi in normal traffic, or 45 minutes on the Tube.
