The minimal style hotel and the room is really nice if they can add a bin in the room and facial tissue by the desk that would be nice. They have provided cups for coffee and tea in the room but no tea spoon. The breakfast choices should be better. Good location and close to Hanoi train station.

Great overall hotel experience thanks to Mr An

Mr An at the reception is a superd asset of the beautiful Mia Casa by Satori hotel. Arriving after 7pm, check-in experience was a breeze thanks to Mr An. Overall, hotel facilities are great for short travellers like me and hotel is also conveniently located 7min walk away from Hanoi railway station if you are looking to travel to Sapa like me!

Modern Hotel close to train station

+ Great, modern and well equiped room.
+ Great customer service and personal!
+ Near train station (if you arrive / leave from there).
+ Open 24/7. Left my luggage at the hotel (before leaving to the airport).
- small breakfast (nothing special, just ok).
