I had a fantastic stay at KOI Resort and Apartments! The service was super nice, with friendly staff who went above and beyond. I was feeling unwell during my visit, and the staff were incredibly helpful, bringing extra blankets and offering ginger honey tea to my room for free. The room service food was delicious, and my room was clean and comfortable. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy. Everything was just perfect!

Good
The staff is very freindly. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good. There are many indoor and outdoor activities. The beach is private and peaceful. I like kayaking ang koi fish. There are two swimming pool in the resort. Villas is very beautiful.

Not 5 Star. Maybe an under construction 2
If you enjoy the chaotic experience of a Las Vegas casino you will really enjoy this hotel. It’s complete chaos. We requested the hotel to arrange transport from the airport to the hotel, the car wasn’t there when we arrived. Once we took a taxi to the hotel the check in process was horrible. We stood in line while people stormed the front desk to check in, kids were running around everywhere and it took 20 minutes just to get someone to help us. After all that, and seeing that they had printed out our full credit card information on a piece of paper just laying around on the counter, our room apparently wasn’t ready and we still had to wait. The hotel is new, it’s luxury but not a 5 star experience. We booked a grand suite and we don’t even have a lounge chair. Just an empty balcony with a pool.

Unfortunately average at best
PROS:
- Resort is ideally located across the Road from Marble Mountain and just 15 mins from the main town centre of Da Nang and 30 mins from Hoi An, making it easy to get to the main attractions for sightseeing.
- Beautifully landscaped gardens throughout the property.
- Our Ocean Grand Suite was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed.
- Kim at the front desk was helpful and always available to assist.
CONS:
- Menu for lunch and dinner offering is average at best and limited for the size of this Resort. We were provided with the incorrect set menu details for the week at check-in. When we did decide to dine at the Restaurant and were provided with the correct menu, the main course changed with no explanation provided - the dish was placed in front of us and the waitress just walked away.
- Housekeeping would not occur until after 4.30pm and there were times when we had to check whether they were still coming to our room. On one occasion we returned to our room to find our door left wide open late in the afternoon after housekeeping had visited.
- The hallway carpet to our floor (8) was very dirty with obvious stains.
- The amount of sun chairs provided at the pool is insufficient for the Resort size and whilst there are some additional chairs along the beachfront, I was not able to secure a chair at any time during the week during my 8 night stay.
- Poolside service is non-existent which is a shame. No food or drink menus provided and no service staff around to take orders - I'm not sure whether this is intentional and customers expected to walk to the nearby onsite Cafe to place orders. If so, this is not ideal for this type of Resort.
- Whilst the breakfast selection was good, having to wait in line every morning for self serve coffee was painful. The self serve option is not the issue, however one of the two machines was constantly broken and not available resulting in lengthly wait times - the main issue being that these are domestic size machines and not suitable for commercial use numbers.

Luxurious and comfortable stay!
I had a wonderful stay at Koi! My room was perfectly clean and luxurious with a great view of the town + beach.
Really appreciated the service too. Kim helped me with some challenges in finding my booking and was really friendly.
