A haven of peace and taste in Carmelo
Large and comfortable swimming pool with generous solarium. Private beach for water sports and port for boats.
It is distinguished by the quality of its options: central suites and beachside bungalows.
Very good service and availability from your staff.
Excellent wines from their own winery, Buena Vista.
Complete gym, bicycles and library.
You can improve the offer of your limited restaurant menu.
Recommended to enjoy a natural environment, with good level options.

Dinner with friends in Casa Chic
Milanese with noodles was the best dish. The specialty of the day was the broiled bondiola and it did not taste like the ravioli of lamb. Fishing (tilapia) was normal but in some cases returned because it tasted damp.
Bottom line: nice place, good service and atmosphere but low quality food not according to place or prices

Nothing to write home about
After two days the stains and hairs of the sweet & friendly "house dog" were still everywhere on the outdoor cushions. The tables have been sticky and dirty, too.
The rooms were also not very clean.
The employees were not attentive & not skilled but mostly very friendly.
The food was good but the selection was definitely too small.
At the same time we stayed at the hotel there was a group of adults with about 12 children. You cannot imagine what mess and noice they generated in the dining/living room. Nobody interfered and in the end all other guests left the room.
Obviously, this hotel doesn't have a general manager and if there is one, we haven't seen him/her even once.
Next to the hotel they are constructing roads and houses. If these new house owners get access to the hotel, the whole infrastructure of the hotel will collapse. The beach is also much too small for that many people. In the future this place will not be exclusive at all and every Club Med would be the better choice to go.
