Relaxing stay. The receptionist was very nice & friendly at check in & with other questions we had. The bartender was really nice too and suggested places to go as it was our first time at this town. We loved him, he was so friendly.

Management misrepresented breakfast inclusion for free. Not told breakfast was an additional charge until after I served my self.

I booked for four nights and ended up staying for just two. Because I booked through a third party vendor (who agreed to refund the additional two nights), Hilton Garden Inn refused to allow a refund for the nights I didn't stay. They did however check me out early and let someone else pay for that room again. All in, I paid double the price to stay two nights at a hotel, that does not offer complimentary breakfast (that's $20/day) or parking ($15/night). The room faced the freeway and was very noisy. This is terrible customer service. Highly not recommended.

Great clean property, our room was big & very clean. Only bad thing is no good places to eat close by just 3 fast food places, other than that the hotel is great!

I didn't like the fact they double charge me, and they dont have staff that can help with this issue!
