The hotel is very clean and nice with lots of space to hang out. I enjoyed the gym and the restaurant breakfast. The room was very comfortable.

Very poor

Very misleading on site, booking and at check in. Online booking showed that we had free breakfast included and then they get you at check out it didn’t display free breakfast so when we got to the hotel they said it wasn’t included. I explained that it said free breakfast in the itemized booking but not on the confirmation. The front desk clerk was rude and not helpful especially because I shared how many of the amenities advertised were clearly false. The pool is dirty, the hot tub is broken and we saw a disgusting bug in our room. I took a picture of it too. This place isn’t worth your stay and needs some major repairs, costumer service work and care. There are plenty of other hotels I would recommend you avoid this place as they don’t even take care of their incompetency.

Disappointed

Dated (old tv, no usb ports) and dark/dingyroom, holes in carpet near desk, cobwebs, dust on many surfaces, dirty window, bug on inside of curtain, under curtains and edges of room not vacuumed, temp in room wouldn’t drop below 71 F, pool heater not working, hot tub out of order and rude waiter at restaurant for dinner. With the other hotels in close vicinity, I would never stay here again.

Nothing fancy there. A decent 20+ y hold US type hotel with outdated room/room deco and equipment. AC very noisy. Also a lot of noise from the highway which is only a few yards away

Hotel room was dirty, hot tub was broken and the indoor pool area had no heat.
