Forces water is weak, sink is blocked easily. Bathroom’s door has no lock, hard to close and open.

A Ten-Minute Tale of Horror and Haste

When one books a stay at Embassy Suites, one expects a touch of refinement, not a crash course in forensic analysis. Imagine our dismay when we arrived, weary and ready to unwind, only to be greeted by what appeared to be a crime scene on the headboard.
We weren’t sure if the mystery splatter was toothpaste, paint, or something best left uninvestigated—either way, it wasn’t the kind of “art” we hoped to sleep beneath. Paired with suspicious smudges and an overall vibe of “we gave up mid-cleaning,” the room was less “suite” and more “sweet escape.”
We were in and out in under ten minutes—a new personal best for fleeing a hotel room. Embassy Suites, thank you for the adrenaline rush, but next time we’ll opt for accommodations that don’t double as a biological hazard.
Zero stars for hygiene, one star for the valuable life lesson: always check the headboard before putting your luggage down.

$15 for parkking?? Ridiculous! The pool was very chilly. Disappointed as we were supposed to go swimming with the grandchildren. Couldn't even get all the way in due to the temperature. Brought it up tp the front desk on Tuesday. No change by Friday
On the upside, breakfast is great. Eggs, sausage pancakes or French toast. Mixed fruit options. Muffins and even an omelet station. The breakfast staff was incredible. Fernando was a great help. They all look like they work hard and are happy to help if you need. Beds are comfortable. Pretty quiet. I wouldn't be surprised to see them updating the rooms soon. Starting to look a bit tired. The snack in the evening was a nice surprise. Cheese and crackers. Even a beer! All in all had a great trip.
