The ladies/lady that cleaned my room, daily...was amazing! The entire hotel was very clean inside and out! I highly recommend this Country Inn...it's close to I40 and away from the congestion. Also, Buc-ee's is a couple down the highway!

Limited housekeeping but good location
We were staying here for 1 week, and the first thing that we noticed is that there were no drawers for our clothes. There was a enclosure which the tv stood on, with the refrigerator and microwave were inside, with 2 empty shelves. We put our basic clothes on those shelves, and had to work out or our suitcases for the rest of our clothes. This is very inconvenient for someone staying for more than just a few days. Then in the bathroom, on the back of the door was leftover hair from the previous visitor. I guess when they hung their towels on the back of the door, some of the hair stuck to the door. We notified the staff, and they said that there would be no excuse for it still being there. Housekeeping only comes every 3rd day, so we thought the management would flag our room, to make sure the hair would be cleaned. But no...the hair was still there after the room was cleaned. With limited housekeeping, there were no towel racks to hang our towels, so they were still moist the next day. There were only 2 small trash cans, which quickly filled up since no one would take care of it until the 3rd day.
The beds were comfortable, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was decent.

Great Stay For Us
This was a clean,newer property on a Tuesday. We paid $85 after showing desk person the price on a travel website and he matched it. Bed and sheets very comfortable. Room spotless. Toiletries nice. Fluffy towels. We were birding at Seven Island Birding Park (wonderful) and this was closest to park and freeway,away from traffic going to Gatlinburg. Breakfast as nice as Hampton inn. Great stay

Excellent stay excellent customer service
We booked throughbooking.com. the picture on booking was in accurate. It showed two standard Queens with a sleeper sofa which was not the case. I brought it to the front desk managers attention Mason, and he immediately took care of the situation. He was super nice, apologetic and had amazing customer service skills. I even overheard him telling other customers recommendations for things they were asking about restaurants and such and he took the time to help them. Our room was nice and cozy beds were comfy the pool was very large compared to most. If it was warmer weather the splash pad and pull outside would have been amazing. Breakfast was delicious, biscuits, gravy, eggs and meat, one day we had potatoes one day we had French toast sticks. Not to mention all the other Continental things like cereals Bagels yogurt waffles and such. As we was checking out Kayla at the front desk took care of us, she was amazing as well, very polite great customer service skills. She asked us was our stay okay did we need anything. The hotel smelled amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place! It is a Hidden Gem. Well worth the money for the value. Oh and by the way they even had fresh baked cookies in the lobby one of the evenings. We will definitely stay there again! I have stayed at many hotels as we traveled and this would compare to the high-end hotels we have stayed at with a much larger price tag! You guys are doing great at this hotel!
