This Hotel is worth less than zero
I rang the bell and nobody opened the door. I waited at least 5 minutes outside ringing the bell and finally I could enter the Hotel only because some guests were going out the hotel and I could pass through the door. When I checked in the hotel a VERY UNPOLITE receptionist named Krizzia just told me” I did not hear any bell”. She did not even apologize! I cannot believe her answer!!! 2) I got in the room and called room service. At reception they told me that room service was operating until midnight. I called at 23.00 pm. and I was told” We do not serve Hamburgers after 22 pm”. And this pretend to be ab hotel for business men? This is an YMCA at best. 3) in the elevator foyer at least in my floor there was a terrible stench of food, same you can smell in cheap fastfood. Outside guest room you can see a different food waste bag :whith the left over of the diner of some guest.
The housekeeping does not collect garbage outside guest room. This hotel is crap,managed from not professional people. and very expensive to offer such a low level of service. Never again back here not even if they give me a suite room free of charge: for sure the worse Hyatt experience ever .
