The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The room had nice views of downtown and the location was close to SAP where we saw a Sharks game. Would definitely return.

Room was clean but shower was leaking into room and capet was wet. We couldnt order movies on the t.v.

The room was nice and clean, ample towels. There was no parking for hotel guest, and we had to pay an additional $53 for parking. There were empty bodywash container and the heating/cooling unit was very loud all night we had to turn it off.

There was no ice available which was strange. When we got there our thermostat didn’t work but they quickly fixed with batteries.

I will never use this hotel again since I was charged a horrible amount.
Be careful because you will be charged a completely different amount than the amount you booked online. When you checked out, they won’t show you the invoice because the machine is broken, and they’ll send you a higher invoice later.
