A Quick NYC Getaway

We spent a wonderful few days in the Towers at Lotte New York Palace. From check-in to check-out we were given the VIP treatment. Rebecca the front desk agent was courteous and attentive. Our rooms were ready and well kept by Fazilla and Gertrude, who made sure we had everything we needed. Nicola in the Gold Room was charming and provided excellent service during cocktails. Our stay ended with a delicious breakfast in the Villard room served with care and diligence by Alain. Over all our stay was a resounding success thanks to the Lotte New York Palace staff who treated us warmly.

Amazing roomy suites in the Towers, get the corner suite with an incredible skyline view. We've stayed at all the top luxury hotels and The Towers is in a class by itself in my opinion. We will be back.

My Favourite Hotel

Recommended Hotel ! I have stayed at this hotel several times when I visit New York for my business meetings, I wont change my mind to stay at different hotel . Best Hotel in New York .
The reception is very professional and very helpfull , if you are going to stay Madison Avenue area , then choose The Towers at Lotte New York Palace, it is my favourite place to stay .

From the moment we arrived at the Lotte New York Palace, we knew our stay would be special — but Maurice took it to another level.
