Overall, I'd stay there again
Pros:
I really liked the wood floors - made the room feel clean. There are updated furnishings. It feels very sleek.
Great location for Stanford. Close to great food options.
Property wide security makes you feel safe.
Covered parking with key card access is nice.
Texting with staff when we had an issue with our AC was very convenient.
Lower weekend rates.
The pool is half covered by the third floor and half open to an outdoor patio.
Cons:
The walls are not very well insulated.
The fan for our AC had an annoying click click click sound.
No bathtub (although this seems to be more and more of the norm)
Higher weekday rates.
Overall we were pleased with our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I would just hope I didn't have neighbors ;) .

Middle of the night maintenance and room cleaning. Not a singular occurrence. For good nights sleep go elsewhere.
Very noisy hotel. It is normal for middle of the night cleanings and maintenance of rooms causing major disruptions to guests. I have stayed at this hotel approx 20 times and problems are consistent. Reason for coming back was location, but will not be returning anymore.

Lovely hotel with very helpful team members!

Really new and clean hotel!
The location of this hotel is amazing it’s in a new plaza with theatre, multiple independent restaurants, free parking. The room is very big with USB-C outlets and temperature controls that actually work well.
Can’t ask for more for a quick business trip flying into San Jose Airport.

Great Staycation!
The VIP King suite is very roomy. Lots of room to spread out. Quiet on the end. It wasn't any fault of the hotel, but locals were in the dog park below until way past 1am- they were pretty loud and noisy and could be heard if you were in the living room. The pool looks great. Would definitely stay there again
