Our stay was outstanding, the best service on everything. We recomend it to everybody in the U.S. If we have to go back that willl be the hotel.

Not goid service, uncomfortable bed, no fan in the bathroom so forget looking in rhe mirror after your shower. No cleaning was done after our first night. Requested towels and was told they were in the dryer and she would bring them up. Never came so we had to go to the desk. Had to have our room key reset three times, was told it eas due to us having our cards next to rechnilogy, laughable. I have no technology in my wallet and my phone does not even fit in my purse. Air conditioner is loud and goes on and offl night, if you are s light sleeper this is a problem.

Nice hotel and accommodations, terrible Sat/Sun help at the front desk

We have stayed at this hotel over a half dozen times. Hotel accommodations and free breakfast are very good.
The one star review is to focus on the incompetent front desk help on Sunday May 4. I booked this reservation on IHG’s own website. I wanted the bill split half and half between my roommate and myself. The young male front desk agent steadfastly insisted that my reservation was on Expedia which it wasn’t and couldn’t or wouldn’t split the bill. He needs to be reconstructed quickly.

It was a decent hotel. Nice area.
Checked out a day early due to weather.
No one at the front desk when i checked out (Sunday about 9) to take my key cards, only a small box to drop it in. Most hotels will refund the remainder of the stay but I guess this is not the case with Holiday Inn Express hotels.

Hotel clean with great breakfast. Room only cleaned 1 out of 5 days which was fine. But when we asked for clean towels we were met with blank looks from front desk. And never saw the towels. Front desk employees need to be replaced!
