Pick Somewhere Else!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel and I travel A LOT. The lady at the front desk was unbelievably rude, the room was very sub par and there were seedy individuals drinking and hanging out near our door until the early morning. There is not much to choose from in Laurel with regard to hotels, and this was the only option that was available due to a large wedding taking place in town. I strongly suggest trying a B&B or staying in Hattiesburg...skip this place completely!

Hotel Hell

The worst hotel I have ever been too. We left right after checking in. Went back the next morning to take photos and try to get a refund. This is the type of place horror films are shot.There was a complete a/c unit in the walk way to our room.

Incredibly bad experience

Ceiling leaking, fell on the floor, bugs, rings in sink, tub and toilet. They are about to begin renovating but management seemed unconcerned about the condition of the room. The staff at the desk were very nice but I can't say the same about upper management.

Old and dirty.

If you just want a bed, then this is the place for you. Bed was clean and comfortable. Pillows were small and only two. Otherwise, pay more and get more. We stayed here because we have a 10 lb. dog. We paid $25 extra for a crappy room with very dirty carpeting. There were almost no plugs in the rooms. Needs to be upgraded badly to include lamps with charging ports and new carpeting or vinyl floors. No hair dryer. What hotels don't have hair dryers??? There was a coffee maker on the desk with no place to plug it in. Not staying here again!

DON'T DO IT

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. Where to start? We are repeat customers and this is now a run down dump that I'm surprised Choice Hotels allows them to use the Quality Inn name. We walked up to our room past the bullet holes, the security lights that don't work, locks missing from the doors, and through the stench of marijuana to our room. Our door frame next to the lock had large pry marks that bent the door frame; the door was hard to open and close. They give you 2 towels large enough for a small child. When you pull up the lever for the shower the whole faucet comes up and feels like it's going to break. I went to hang my towel after a shower and the hook fell off the door. The carpet was coming off, there was parts of the ceiling with previous water damage where it peeled loose. The only good thing at this hotel was the lobby and the pool, that's how they get you to stay. This is ABSOLUTELY a maintenance issue or lack there of. Look at the pictures for proof. Don't stay here because you will be up all night worried for your safety.
