We had a nice stay. The bell staff and valet service left a bit to be desired but they’re young kids and doing their best. The room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. We enjoyed the balcony. The resort grounds are what really sells the experience. Many different options to take advantage of!

Beautiful and clean resort with easy access to the beach, pools, and shops. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this place for families.

One of the best places I’ve stayed. Definitely recommend. Beach is beautiful. There are many pools to choose from, food was good, massage was great. I enjoyed not having to drive anywhere. Staff was extremely nice.

Phenomenal customer service from the valet to housekeeping. Only issue was how does the bartender on a Saturday evening make last call at 8:45 pm and then shut off the TV with the Elite 8 basketball game on (Duke) right at 9pm and kick everyone out? Craziest thing I’ve seen in a while.

It was very misleading when booking this resort as we have stayed at the sweetgrass in multiple times prior and when booking it said sweetgrass in and when we arrived we were staying at the boardwalk inn. The beds were very uncomfortable, horrible pillows. Sweetgrass inn offers many more amenities and we will definitely be staying at the sweetgrass in the future and not the boardwalk
