Nicer rooms than expected

Rooms are nice, especially for the price. Lobby was small, staff was friendly. Flickering light in bathroom was only maintenance issue. Big clean refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, safe, iron and ironing board in the room. Good coffee and several breakfast options.

Had to get a room due to winter weather conditions. I reserved an accessible room. I got a room on the third floor. There is no elevator and I have bad knees so that was difficult. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Thankfully, once in the room, it didn’t smell and was clean. The bathroom faucet dripped continuously. I won’t be staying at this property again.

Very good

Our room was clean and service was great. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean and accommodating. Over all our experience was good and we will stay here again when in the area. I would recommend for overnight travelers needing a quite comfortable place to rest.

Not worth what we paid...

Husband and I stayed here this past weekend. Older place; clean but has obviously seen its better days (furniture scratched, missing veneer, in-room "safe" was operated by a key as opposed to being able to set a passcode so we didn't use it). Pictures misleading - room was so small you couldn't walk across the end of the bed if someone was sitting in the desk chair. Kept stubbing toes on metal bed supports. Sink was cracked, faucet was difficult to turn off and dripped all night, and light was dim and buzzed constantly. No carpeting; floors were cold. Sounded like an elephant walking around in the room above us. Took a while for the hot water to come and couldn't get the water past lukewarm after husband took shower. Had to wade through cigarette smoke to get to and from our vehicle because the smoking area was right on the corner just a short distance from the door.
Not only was housekeeping at our door shortly after 8:00 in the morning on Saturday, but also already going down the hall early this morning. To top all that off, our key cards were deactivated before 9:30 a.m. despite checkout time not being until 11:00 per the card packet and despite the fact that we had requested and been granted a late checkout, so we had to leave the door propped open so I could get in and out to load our things into our car.
I really don't feel like we got what we paid for here, and we are not likely to return to this particular location.
