Overall great, just needs a facelift

Fairly large rooms with plenty of storage space and hooks for winter clothes. Though slightly dated as others have pointed out. Outstanding beach. Several dining options inside. Need not leave property after a whole day of activities. Talking about activities, I felt that this has been marketed not so well. I did hikes and snowshoeing at night. And can’t recommend those enough. Shuttle available to diamond peak ski and other areas in incline village as well. Staff was always eager to help and courteous

The best service in the US!

The service was super kid-friendly and fantastic. The front desk kept handing out Apple Cider to my kids:). Ski gear fitting staff was amazing. Super prompt service in the restaurants too. Just fantastic! One of the best service experiences I have had in the US!

Awesome first experience!

Awesome for family! Very cozy, comfortable and has delicious food. We went with my family and couldn't be happier. Especially because the attention to detail was excellent. I don't feel like this with Hilton or any other chain hotels, so I am now loyal to Hyatt!

We love this hotel/casino and have stayed many times. Will give one little bit of negative feedback on this stay. The 2nd night albeit was snowing out, so understand water temps will be lower, but non-Adult Hot tub was 90 deg and Adult only hot tub was 102 deg. My son was very disappointed that we had to sit in a "cold" hot tub, while the Adults only got to enjoy a very hot hot tub. Not sure how the tub temps are controlled, but the Adult Tub seemed to be prioritized with heated water.

Just ok.

I stayed here for one night while my oldest daughter and husband were skiing. The only hot tub that is within view of the pool was closed, which meant I couldn’t go in the hot tub and watch my kids swim. The hotel bar/saloon was closed for renovations. The sit down restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner but is closed for lunch. In other words, there is nowhere at this hotel to sit and have lunch or to get a glass of wine during the day other than the smoky casino floor. The free shuttle to the mountain was convenient. The room itself was ok, bathrooms could use an upgrade. Not the best experience for me, but if you won’t be spending much time at the hotel I guess it’s ok.
