Weekly Coffee Stop

I work in the building attached to the Marriott and go down for a Starbucks coffee almost every week. The staff(Silvia, Alicia and Omar) there are always so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend visiting their Starbucks if you are in the building or staying there.

Hotel Staff is AMAZING!

The Marriott West Loop is my home away from home for the past over year. The staff is what makes the stay amazing! From the time you walk into the lobby to being greeted by Todd, Alice, and Sade to grabbing a drink at the bar with Malo, Jan, Anh, Jesus, and Alyssa is an amazing experience with this best staff! Waking up to get a cup of coffee from Sylvia, Mimi, Omar, and Alice is always a great experience. I cannot wait for the room renovations!! I will continue to always come back the the Marriott West Loop to the staff that is becoming family!

Coffee Time!

I work next door on the BMcD side and I'm always going down to grab a coffee from the Starbuck's cafe on the Marriott side. Silvia and Alicia are always there with a cheerful smiling face and always provide quick and efficient service. Highly recommend!

Great Service

I promised Seth as soon as he was done assisting me that I would do a review for him…unsolicited at that. His initial presentation is super polished and professional, to the point where you know just by looking at him that he would give great service. I was able to check in early, helping me meet a work need he had no clue of. He was very attentive and his attitude was nothing less than welcoming. He informed me of the amenities that I was afforded with my stay and where they were all located. Definitely recommend coming to see him if you stay at this location.

Needs Updating

Very dated property, small rooms and very old bathrooms. It has a wonderful location near The Galleria. Lots of upscale restaurants. It’s a shame that this property has been left to slowly disintegrate. Our hosts were very disappointed when they saw the condition of the rooms and the size of them.
