Traveling from GSP? Choose the Crowne Plaza!

Regardless of the reason for your travel, the Crowne Plaza Greenville is one of the best places you can stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and having the Ruth's Chris restaurant on the premises is a definite plus. The hotel also provides breakfast service for guests.
However, it is the friendliness and kindness of the staff which make the experience memorable and enjoyable. They will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need to make your stay the very best.
This is THE hotel for anyone flying from Greenville for travel to anywhere in the United States. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, adn the shuttle service is top notch. They will take the hassle out of having to park your car and get to the terminal. All you have to do is enjoy the ride!
Can't wait to see the staff again!

Nice older hotel conveniently located. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.
Mixup at checkin...charged for two nights but found our info and corrected it...gave us a free glass of wine each to compensate.
Breakfast was 5 dollars each if you got it ahead of time....15 if you waited. It was excellent.
This is a nice hotel that felt older...but was still nice.
Close to Costco.
Buy the breakfast ahead of time...it was a good value for 5...not so much for 15 dollars.

Not a good experience

Not a friendly place to stay, front desk staff needs training. The reason why I like staying at Crowne plaza is the free breakfast vouchers, property gifts and helpful staff. This hotel is missing all of it. I’ve been having a lot of these issues with IHG lately so I don’t think I will be keeping my status as an elite diamond and will be looking for a new hotel chain that will meet my needs.
