Concierge lounge ladies were wonderful!

The 2 ladies, Debra & Jasmine, at the concierge lounge on 27th floor were very helpful & wanted to make sure you had everything. I would return to hotel just because of how nice they were. One of them I would see during breakfast & the other when I had desserts & coffee after having dinner with clients.

Renaissance/Verticon

Jasmin was a delight. She is very friendly and helpful in making you feel right at home. It's a nice change to see someone care about the job they are doing other than just showing up for a paycheck. She truly cares and understands people. Thank you Jasmin.

Best First Encounter

Renaissance Dallas Hotel Guest Experience

Rooms were clean and bed/pillows were very comfortable. The Concierge Lounge was laid out well and had excellent service and food. Our server Debra made the experience a very pleasant experience and was a joy to be around. The pool and exercise room was well thought out and very clean and inviting.

Hassle-Free Valet

Loved The Hassle-Free Valet Parking. It made my trip stress free not having to worry about me car since it was parked right up front by the valet guys. A Big Thank you to KING for his quick response when I called down for my car a few times daily. He was always there with a smile on his face. Thank you everyone.
