We reserved and paid when we got there they had the flexibility of canceling and changing dates up until the day before check out. And everyone was friendly and helpful over all very good stay.

Listed as a no smoking facility, but the hallway had a very strong cigarette smell. Our room smelled fine. Elevator was broken which was not a huge issue for us, but could be for some. Breakfast was bare bones. I ate a bowl of cereal and some yogurt. The employee on the desk When we checked in and out was very courteous.

While the entire staff were friendly & helpful. The wifi did not work well on the 3rd floor. The rooms coffee machine & microwave did not work well. the window was broken, could not open safely. The hotel was a in a good location from the airport, & the surrounding area was easily near restaurants, shopping.

The location was convenient and easy to find. Great parking. Deposit for damage or smoking in room however the place generally reeked of smoke.

Do not book

Half of the hotel had a water leak. The rooms were so bad that I checked out and stayed at the Hampton Inn across the street. The young lady at the front desk said I should have checked the reviews before I booked! She was very unprofessional. It’s not my fault the place is old and run down.
