Great business group hotel stay.

We had a group attend a local meeting at our headquarters and everyone stayed at the Springhill Suites Allentown. Everything was excellent. From the location to local restaurants, to the amenities and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms down to the Director of Sales and Marketing, Nancy Derby. She was responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Excellent Wedding Weekend Stay!

We had an incredible experience at the Springhill Suites Allentown Bethlehem/Center Valley during our wedding weekend. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our guests, handing out our welcome bags and allowed us to keep the bar open late after our reception. Aimee was absolutely wonderful to work with - so kind and attentive! We highly recommend to any couples getting married in the area.

Clean, smooth check in after midnight, reasonable breakfast buffet. Exactly what was needed for a one night stay on a road trip.

Didn’t End Up Staying Due to Closed Pool; Staff Were Understanding

Chose this hotel for a family night away due to its having an indoor pool (the only request from the kid!) Upon arrival, I was told that the pool was closed due to an issue. Thankfully, the front desk staff were accommodating and we were able to cancel our reservation; front desk staff were understanding. Ended up at the Hyatt in Allentown which had a great pool!
