Hotel check in required us to wear wristbands to use the pool and would not give me the wristbands for my family. I had to bring my kids to the front desk for them to put the wristbands on them. With all that there was no one even monitoring the pool and it was very overcrowded. Blankets on the beds were super thin with no extra blankets in the room. Hotels.com also listed the property as dog friendly only for us to arrive and have them tell us no dogs allowed forcing us to find alternate lodging for our dog. Also, when parking in the rear of the building we went in the door and up the elevator only to find ourselves in an abandoned office building with a bird trapped inside flying around. We had to go back to the main floor where we found the connecting door to the hotel. The door we came in from outside was also unlocked.

Front end double charged credit card for incidentals, trying to get this rectified was insane. Please be more carful and have more consideration for your clients.

First night was ok night. Second night stay the hotel smelled like WEED everywhere in the elevator, walking through the hotel, in my room.

We booked a very last-minute getaway to extra celebrate my youngest child’s birthday. Their only request? A hot tub. Unfortunately, our stay was more frustrating than fun.
The hot tub was the main reason we chose this hotel, but we couldn’t enjoy it at all. Within minutes of getting in, a dozen kids and toddlers crowded the space, throwing water balloons and roughhousing. Parents blocked the exit by sitting toddlers on the steps. Between yelling, splashing, and overcrowding, relaxing wasn’t an option. The kids were sweet and just having fun, but the space was too small, and no staff was present to manage the chaos. While this hotel seems popular with local groups and parties, guests should be warned about this upfront.
The chaos wasn’t limited to the pool. Kids ran through the halls late at night, and the thin walls meant we heard everything from the neighboring room.
Our room? Disappointing. The bed, while comfortable, squeaked; dust ruffle had a strange stain, and bathtub was dirty enough that I scrubbed some of it myself. Windows wet and frozen, AC moldy. At the pool, bath mats replaced towels, and our room towels were scratchy and discolored. The soap dispenser was broken, the body wash dispenser empty, and the room phone didn’t work. Worse, when we tried to chat about it, no one was at the front desk in the morning.
One positive was check-in—Toya was friendly and professional, giving a great first impression. Sadly, the rest of the hotel didn’t live up.

I arrived to a line 5 people at 6:35 pm which is not part of the problem, the problem was that it was 7:15 pm before I was able to check in. Once checking in i was told that they didn't have the room that I had reserved and I was put into a different room. The person at the counter seemed overwhelmed and stated that he had no other help and that the previous shift had "changed things" and that was why it was taking so long. People that were ahead of me needed another room for their group that they hadn't booked and i suspect that they were given the room i reserved with the couch to accommodate multiple guests. Once i entered my room I went to take a shower and the water was cold. I went to the front desk and was told that the "H" and the "C" were backward, that however was not the case. The water would not get warm no matter where it was adjusted. The shower opens from the wrong side and gives you no alternative but to be blasted by freezing water to turn it on, this would be the case even if the hot water worked. Quite possibly the least thought out comfort killer ever. Not at all happy with the stay.
