Another Great Stay!

We enjoyed another great stay at BW Falcon Plaza!
The staff is wonderful (in particular Janet at the front desk, and hotel manager Nichole).
The room was spotless, well stocked (plenty of towels, toiletries, etc.), very comfortable beds.
The breakfast is very good, nice variety of selections, quality far above typical hotel breakfast fare.
The woman who handles it does a great job and is very engaging.
We appreciate having such a great place to stay during our travels!

When staying in the area we love this hotel. The staff is great and the hotel is always clean. The breakfast has an excellent selection and is kept well stocked. On our most recent trip there was a sports team staying in the hotel which caused some lack of sleep. In the future we will request an interior room just in case.

"Hot Tub under Construction"

Was looking forward to the Hot Tub seeing there is no pool. However, no one bothered to mentioned the Hot Tub is under construction. Found out by getting ready and going to the Hot Tub only to find a note on the door. Very frustrating to say the least.

A Hidden Gem

This hotel is amazing! It is impeccably maintained and the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. I wish I could take this hotel and staff wherever we go. We had a suite and it was very inexpensive and worth the money. It had a separate living area with a small kitchenette that included a microwave and refrigerator. The refrigerator was not a full size, but did have an actual freezer compartment. The living area had a couch and several chairs and an additional TV. There are plenty of places to eat close by. We were in Bowling Green for a basketball game and could easily walk there from the hotel. If I ever am traveling anywhere near Bowling Green Ohio, I would definitely stay here again!

Our experience at the Best Western in Bowling Green was excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful with my request to assist my disabled mother. The free breakfast was well beyond expectations including biscuits/gray, bacon, waffles, fruit, assorted breads, and more. We will definitely be staying her again. No negatives to report.
