Service was amazing. Everybody we interacted with was so nice, friendly and helpful. Hotel offered free shuttle to the Disney parks which was great.
We would have loved to see more eco-friendly / sustainable options incorporated in the hotel practices, as well as more organic and healthy options for the breakfast buffet.

Service was great. Rooms and common areas were clean. Perfect location to walk to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Only complaint is there was no self parking because there was an event going on. However self parking was almost as expensive per night as valet so I guess it wasn’t that big of a deal.

The housekeeping service was extremely disappointing—no vacuuming, the bed was poorly made, and they only removed the trash. The sheets weren’t changed, and no fresh towels were provided. When I raised the issue with the front desk, their only response was, “Oh, we’re sorry.

Negs - room not ready until 5:30 pm, pool chilly, ran water 12 mins to get hot enough to shower, bus takes to transportation center rather than parks. Positives - restaurants great, hotel clean, friendly staff, amazing view from balconies and boat to parks a definite plus.

Overall not impressed. Carpets looked worn, bathrooms were nothing special. Staff was so so. Rosa Mexicano was ok but not great. At these prices and given Disney name a bit let down
