A pleasant time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and pleasant, helping me store my insulin and offering suggestions around Edinburgh. The breakfast was surprisingly affordable and delicious. In the morning, Paco helped us store our luggage after we checked out and graciously let us into the storage area on two occasions for necessities. We appreciated his kindness. He even allowed me to practice my Spanish with him, even though his English with flawless. We also appreciated the coffee, tea and cold water in the lobby. It was a very pleasant experience.

Disrespectfulness and irresponsibility

Hotel in repair and without notice at the time of booking. The noise of beating starts at 7 a.m. which together with the conversations, laughs of the workers and the fever of had made the environment unbearable for rest. I woke up beating at the door of the room that was being renovated...
I went to complain about the noise early and requested room change and was informed that they could only offer me a drink for all the trouble caused, once q had a sign in the reception informing the pension.
Not to mention the room cleaning service that is far from reasonable.

The hotel is undergoing a light refurbishment but the fitters do not start work until 10am. We will look into this incident and work with the contractors to ensure this is the case.

Good nice hotel

The receptionists were Always smile and help me when I come in. Jordan speak good, listen good, and try help every time I need. No matter if I ask small question or big problem, he stay kind and friendly. I feel welcome when Jordan is at front desk. He make place better. Thank you Jordan for good service!

Excellent

Excellent service and facilities, especially the treatment Paco gave us, very friendly and knew how to help in our native language, delicious coffee and always accessible to all, gave us tips to know Edinburgh, the excellent location

Nice experience

Very comfortable and clean facilities, very timely attention in all the spaces where it is shared with the Hotel staff. Good value for money and the location seemed suitable. Special thanks Paco who always attended and helped us in the reception of the Hotel
