Great location, right at the heart of the city. The staff are attentive and very friendly, the room was spotless and well stocked and set out. Lovely views fro the top floor bar area.

Excellent hotel in great central location. Couldnt fault it in anyway.
Very modern hotel,with nice well appointed rooms. Spotlessly clean and great bed.
Welcome glass of champagne, another complimentary one in the rooftop bar, and again with breakfast.
Complimentary bar in room with snacks,
And nice breakfast.
Go to Edinburgh regularly and will definitely be our first choice of hotel again.

Check in was quick and straight forward. Complimentary glass of champagne was a nice touch. Room was very well equipped,bed was comfortable. Hotel is ideally located for exploring the city, we will definately return

Staff were extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the local area. Many fantastic bar and restaurant recommendations made and also places to visit that were not frequented by tourists.
The public areas in the hotel were kept clean and the room we had (607) was spotless and extremely comfortable. Just what we needed to help us recharge.
