Nice clean room and bathroom. Comfy beds. Hotel was busy because of Christmas period but staff still looked after us! Great facilities.

The pool is actually the local pool with half of it was being used for swimming classes. The whole gym area is too small for the number of people using it.
Hotel room is a bit aged with what looked like a double mattress on a single bed base.
Thought I'd booked with breakfast included but they had no record of this so had to pay £16 on the day for a mediocre breakfast.

All night I was up I couldn't sleep the bed was too small ,pillows very hard and the bet was very itching the room had blood stains on the wall room 25 the room was so dusty hair in the shower cubic I had to put pillows and duvet on the floor and we had to sleep there totally so tired!

I was happy with breakfast meal. I had to switch the room because of problems faced with roommate in sharing accommodation in 130 room no. It was provided by angel tour.
I felt that charges were too high for just single night stay. I wish I had some more discount as I already had breakfast meal included within shared prepaid accommodation.

Heating system did mot get hot. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. Room could do with makeover. Facilities verry good . Staff polite and very helpful
