Fantastic Roast

Fantastic Sunday Roast
Choice of 4 roasts, with potatoes and Yorkshire on the plate. With a bowl of carrots, peas and cabbage for the table and jugs of gravy. Condiments on the side when asked.
Service was really quick, staff were really friendly and even offered my fiancé a drink on the house for his birthday. This was a really lovely touch!!
We didn’t want any hot drinks after dinner but they seemed happy enough to let us talk and catch up after we had finished our meal.
Definitely recommend for a Sunday lunch, they do also serve the main menu on a Sunday too

This was a beautifully decorated room in a small row of detached chalets. Everything about the place was light modern & attractive. But there was no one there to show you to the room or give any help. Just an emergency telephone number. In fact the radiator in the room didn’t work & we called the number. A young woman came & moved us to a different room with working radiator. The restaurant attached to the rooms was closed & there was nowhere nearby to get a meal. We drove into Ampthill which was the nearest eating place.
When I booked the room hours earlier I received a phone call telling me that my booking shouldn’t have been accepted as the ? Manager was just leaving- with hindsight I should have cancelled the booking & found somewhere else.

Staff at check in were very friendly. Room was beautiful, we loved the ‘breakfast basket’ Would highly recommend this little gem.

Really nice clean fresh room. Comfortable and a decent size.
Liked that we had access to the garden benchs outside.
