Special thanks to the amazing concierge but especially to Mariana, Noor and Carlos with whom we interacted the most.
Even before we arrived and during our stay helped us with tours, restaurants, change of plans with they attentive and knowledgeable service.

We went with a toddler and a 6 yr old. The staff was super attentive not only to us but our kids as well. We arrived early on a red-eye flight. They were be able to get us a room early in the morning. The front desk staff would bring out different props/toys to cheer our kids up. The staff is constantly pampering you. The experience was so amazing, our oldest said that when we go back to Dubai, we have to stay there.
They have a kids club which both kids enjoyed. The pool area is very spacious and kids of all ages and swimming skills can enjoy. The food selection is amazing. I highly recommend it.
