Nice Stay at Dubai Marina

Better go elsewhere
On the plus side, location is great and the appartement is huge. We traveled toghether with another family, we were 4 adults and 3 kids, so the 180m2 appartement was perfect. But rhe location and size were the only positive things. Kitchen is old and in nedd of general cleaning, very few glasses and plates. The furniture is dated, broken and the carpets dirty and stained.
The first 3 days there was no cleaning. The floors were dirty and sticky. Every single day we had to ask for towels and bath supplies. Each time the staff came with two handtowels for 7 people.
The next days we got some cleaning, but we still had to ask for supplies.
The last 3 days ther was again no cleaning, garbage cans were not emptied.
Staff in the reception coldn't care less about the guests, never greeting and always looking at their phones, even when we were talking to them.
I don't know how they got all the good reviews, the hotel is nothing of what is advertised for.

Apart from these, it was a pleasant stay, spacious lounge with good views of the marina, fairly comfortable beds, aircon working ok. Good size fridge freezer. Enough wardrobes and drawers, 3 toilets which was helpful.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
