Good Hotel

We stayed here as part of a Traveleyes trip from the UK. The room was a bit smaller than I expected with not much space on the side nearest the window. We also has a bit of trouble adjusting the heating to get it to our liking. Part of this was because it shut off once we were out of the room. We also found that we had to be careful in the shower because the shower cubicle floor could get very slippery. The beds were quite comfy!
The breakfasts were reasonable. If you wanted fried eggs you had to make sure they had just been cooked as some were left on plate to harden. The coffee from the machine was the best I have ever had from a machine!
According to our intinerary, we were expecting to have an evening meal here but found that they do not serve food in the evening. Maybe they do when it is more into the tourist season

Nice hotel in the center of Istanbul

The hotel is located in the very center of the old city, very convenient to walk to all the central attractions, we never used public transport to move around the city.
Excellent work of the hotel staff, they were very attentive to us and kind. They told us the necessary information about the accommodation and the city, offered their help and services. It was nice and unexpected to receive a small gift from the hotel. We had a spacious triple room with everything you need for living. Comfortable beds, variable lighting in the room, there were 2 small balconies overlooking the street.
Good varied breakfast, a choice of different dishes and drinks, we did not go hungry.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel and we can recommend it to others.

Great experience.

Great hotel of great comfort to visit Istanbul. New and comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money. Cleanliness of the rooms impeccable! Congratulations to the Kenyan girl who provided it. Very good breakfast. Concierge staff efficient, kind and considerate (they accompanied us with suitcases to take the taxi to the airport). Really good.

I have never met such wonderful people as the Maywood hotel's staff

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, the location and the hotel itself. Centrally located, clean, with nice and very professional and friendly staff, l recommend the Maywood hotel for everything l mentioned before and for the quality and price ratio. I already recommended the Maywood to my friends and relatives and I will repeat the lovely experience next time. I want to thank everyone for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you all and especially for moving the bird to the small lounge

great family friendly hotel in fantastic location

Fantastic location - about 10 min walk to all main attractions. Lots of lovely restaurants and cosy coffee shops around the area. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms are very quiet and we all enjoyed a proper night sleep. Special thanks to hotel staff - very helpful, friendly and made our stay very special
