The hotel is located near the beach in a quiet area. Perfect for families with kids
The bed is a little hard but ok. Big room and big bathroom.
The staff are helpful. (Without 1)
There are one thing that I will say that is negative and they should change:
If hotels guests have visitors who want a look at the hotel and they maybe want to buy something from the restaurant; please let them use the swimming pools as a service.
Maybe you will have more customers that will spend more money and order rooms next time they go to Jomtien.
That’s what we call good service.
All other things are good enough for me and I enjoy to stay at the hotel.
Been there before and I will come back!

ripoff
safe deposits in the room don't work, volume of TV can not be chaged. In the regrigerator you will find some juice for sale which is well past the expiry date. Not the best place to go to

Worst hotel experience in Thailand
I’ve been traveling to Thailand for a bit more then 15 years and have never had a worst experience then what I experienced at this hotel, not even while staying at 10 dollar a night places in the far north east that aren’t for tourists have I experienced something this horrible.
The hotel itself is obviously more then 40years old and probably hasn’t been renovated since the late 90s
THERE IS NO HOT WATER AT THIS HOTEL
Please be aware that this hotel doesn’t have hot water and unless your ok with not showering or having fully cold showers your going to have a problem.
The staff is the most rude staff i’ve ever experienced not just in Thailand but anywhere in the world and it’s not even close.
I’m totally astonished at how rude the staff are , it’s not possible to run a hotel in this way
There is a one eyed woman at the front counter who is pure evil, ready to get you angry and turn any simple request or question into an argument. In 35 years of traveling I’ve never been spoken to like I was by the one eyed woman. Simply just asked a question. Does this hotel have hot water or not all she had to say was sorry but no.
Instead she got on the defensive scolding me with various comments as if i was stupid and didn’t know how to turn on a tap properly then had another staff member take me back to the room where he instructed me on how to turn on a tap as if I hadn’t learned this as a child. I was under the impression that he was going there turn on some sort of heater box , but no he was just there to push the lever up and tell me wait 5 mins. The crazy part was he kept running his had through the cold water saying see hot hot. But as much as I tried to imagine it I’m sorry but cold is cold and I’m not talking Little bit warm I’m talking colder than a swimming pool.
This wasn’t the biggest problem though the biggest problem was that the room smelt like someone had urinated in every corner.
Upon entering the room I just hoped that the smell was because the room hadn’t been opened in a while. But unfortunately the room smells got worse over time I gave me a almost migraine type headache. Reluctantly I approached the front desk and was told every room was like that and there was absolutely no chance of changing to another room.
Also I should mention the beds are uncomfortable, I guess that is almost expected in a cheaper place like this but what made sleeping so hard was the fact that under the thin sheet given the mattresses are lined with plastic as if they’re prepared for bed wetting toddlers or something.
I just can’t believe a place like this exists.
What’s the reason the staff are so aggressively rude.
After having such a good trip till now I implore anyone considering this hotel to not do so. Don’t let this hotels staff ruin your holiday like they have mine.
