WARNING! The WORST hotel - look at the pictures!
I arrived at the check in, checked into the room, left my backpack and my friends and I went for a walk along the promenade.
A couple of hours later, I returned to the room. Tired and sweaty, I grabbed a towel and went straight to the shower.
And this is where my epiphany began.
There is no curtain for the bathroom (this is the smallest thing), the whole room is dirty, cockroaches are running around, there are cobwebs hanging in the corner. There is a spider hanging in another corner. Moreover, another spider was in the sink (did not take a picture), that is the feeling that this room has not been used for a very long time. There was a cockroach in the room too.
The towels are dirty with stains. The foot towel is grey in colour.
The bed in the room is a broken bed. The sheet is grey and all see through because it is very thin.
On the duvet cover, on the pillowcases - incomprehensible stains.
The feeling is just horrible and disgusting!
I went to the reception and asked to change my room. I was given a second key and went to see the room.
The first thing I saw was two huge stains on the sheet! The sheet is the same grey colour.
Everything else was exactly the same as in the first room: dirt, stains, dust, cobwebs.
Back at the reception, I told the girl that I wanted to cancel the reservation as it was impossible to live in such conditions.
She called someone, explained something in Thai and then handed the phone to me. The screen lit up with "BOSS."
The man suggested I get another number, to which I replied that I had already looked at 2 and the situation is terrible in both, I don't want to live here. He replied that he could not return anything to me - contact Agoda and if you want you can leave now. This is the first time I have encountered such unsanitary and dirty.
At the same time, the rating and photos of the hotel are very good! It's very strange.
Moreover, while I was sitting near the reception looking for a new place to stay, I saw a lot of Thais coming there - both families and young girls. I can't claim, but maybe rooms like mine are given to foreigners specifically.

Well, so-so..
The sea, as it turned out, was not very clean. The first three days were fine, but then there was just huge piles of garbage floating around!!!
We were on the 5th floor, no elevator. The windows overlooked the entrance to the hotel (aka a night bar) where locals (owners, regular guests) periodically gathered and screamed (!!!) songs so that the glass rattled not only did you fall asleep, but you couldn’t even hear each other in the room! We ourselves are fans of “walking”, but this is the first time I’ve seen this)) In the end we decided: since we can’t prevent it, we need to join! we had a great evening, but every night is so stressful!
Bathroom: toilet and shower without enclosure in a room 1.5 by 1.5…. There wasn’t even a curtain, let alone sides in the shower))
Toiletries were supplied up to 2 pieces every day (if they ran out), paper was a problem for one day, but not critical)
Cleaning: well, how can I say... sweep the floor with a broom (without climbing under the cabinets), add water (2 bottles), toiletries and empty the trash bucket: that's all. I always made the bed myself. The soap that fell remained in the bathroom (I didn’t remove it on purpose), a piece of paper from previous guests was under the cabinet.))
There were a couple of stains on the bed, but it looked like it had been washed.
Breakfast: always the same. Scrambled eggs, two chicken sausages, two slices of “sausage bread”, 2 more slices of something like meat and a couple of slices of vegetables. Coffee first, and then a glass of “juice” like UPI with ice and pulp. Oh, a couple more toasts! This was enough!!! I never ate it all! Everything is quite edible) we went for breakfast 4 times, one of these times we decided to save eggs for them (already tired of it) and with a translator on the phone, I asked for breakfast without eggs for me…. As a result, no breakfast was given to me, my husband, or my colleague (from another room)
I don’t know according to what schedule they change the towels, but on the 4th day I went and asked to change the towels: they changed them, but they were perplexed why))) and there are no balconies in this hotel!!! And they dry exclusively on the back of a chair (we took a rope with us to pull it, but there was nowhere!) The bed, of course, was never changed. But we didn’t need it! There are no bathrobes, hair dryer, kettle, etc. of course. We haven’t seen any living creatures in 10 days! The place is not bad to come and spend the night (if there is no local party!)
Pros: great location!!!! 4 minutes to the sea, 2 minutes to the famous Crocodile cafe (very tasty food, everything in Russian!) nearby are tuk-tuks, a store of the same famous and cheap cosmetics Polina (1 minute!)
We had a wonderful vacation! But, here I am describing the hotel ((perhaps the rating would have been higher if we had not booked during the season 2 weeks before departure.. but a tour for two for 9 nights came out to 220 thousand♀️ this (!!!) hotel! But even if it was 100 - 150 thousand: then I would write: a place to wash and spend the night))) and I would be happy
Right there, not far from the hotel, there is a profitable “yellow” exchanger, “seven!” 7/11, now Jomtien one side is closed and the walk to the minibus (round trip) takes 3 minutes. Night markets nearby: one 5 minutes walk, another 5 minutes drive (Mill)
The Mill has one of the cheapest smoothies: 25 Baht! On ours there are three oysters: 100 Butt))
I uploaded only 2 photos of the hotel: the first from the entrance, the second - the view from the room. Unfortunately, there are no photos from the room itself (there is only a video, but my husband was caught on camera there)
And another plus: there is no diploma!!! And no one checks the number after delivery Although there’s nothing special to break there.. if only you take the toilet or bed with you! By the way, the pillows are not even bad!
