Warm welcome at this perfectly located hotel

The stay at Swiss Dewa was ideal and I would be happy to stay again. We had a friendly welcome from Kanam who was happy to help with anything.
Perfect location for shopping in Luzern. Easy walk to the main train, bus and boat stations.
Room was clean, modern and had a huge comfortable bed. Shower and vanity basin were in the room but there is a shared toilet in the hall, which wasn't a problem for us.
The rooms are above the restaurant but didn't smell of cooking as I've experienced before. We didn't have time to eat in the restaurant but the food looked nice.
A stay here is highly recommended.

Stay aware. Rat trap. Dirty rooms.

the is the worst hotel I have ever booked. I booked for my grown kids. They literally ran out of the place when they saw the room. They booked another room at another hotel for their stay. I ate the cost. The room was dirty with brown stuff on the walls. it smelled awful and the shared bathroom was not secure and my daughter did not fell safe using it. They have stayed in better hostels.

Good location, but be careful , Hotel does not have attached toilet

Good location, but be careful , Hotel does not have attached toilet. I understand that there is a shower room but that not good enough. No toilet available. Also no LIFTs or ESCALATOR to go upstairs. so be careful before booking.
I was told by the hotel owner that cleaning common toilet is guests responsibility and they can charge additionally if the common toilet is left uncleaned, so I had to clean it after my kids used it. I did not like this message because I should have been careful before selecting this hotel so its my problem that i chose this hotel.
Thank you to owner for helping the luggage to bring down while we were leaving.

Hotel is officially not a hotel

Good location but not an actual hotel. Quiet after 9 pm. No dining area or living room. No fan in shower or room, very small shower, key situation weird where two people sharing a room have to coordinate locking and unlocking the room and hotel lock. Sheets on beds have a Far East feel to them. Shared toilet with 5 rooms, fridge cord caught in cabinet often was annoying. Shower towels are branded a different hotel name. Perhaps it should be called “Swiss Dewa rooms for rent.”

Klein aber Fein

Wir übernachteten eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind eher kleik aber es hat alles was man braucht. WC und Dusche sind geteilt. Die Besitzer führen ein Tibetisches Restaurand im Erdgeschoss. Super leckeres Essen. Undbesongt die Momos ausprobieren.
