Lovely basic hotel but all needs were met. Wonderful staff especially Ioannis who was helpful, cheerful and made us feel at home. Big thanks to the night staff member who made us onion rings in the middle of the night after we got home from a concert. Breakfast was delicious and the staff wonderful.

The checkin desk man is very impolite and does not understand what "service" means. I had a very bad experience with that guy in the evening on 11 January 2018. When I asked to talk directly with his manager, he said (and lied) he was the manager. He said he has had more than 10 years experience working in hotel, but obviously, his performance told me that he should not contiue the hotel service work, which is damaging the reputation of the hotel.

Beds are comfy, shower is hot and powerful and breakfast is adequate could do with faster wifi, more TV channels & larger towels

Budget hotel, not the best location but ok if you are working in Kista and don’t mind walking.
