Excellent hotel in Madrid and very good location t
I have visited this hotel before.
But getting better and better. Lovely rooms one part remodeling, excellent bathroom, beds with new mattresses, everything very quiet. Very professional waiters, and very attentive. hotel very well located near metro mouth and bus stop. Very quiet area. The spectacular breakfast maker, lots of variety and use TOP QUALITY products!

Great, as always
Everything was correct. Location near metro. Nearby restoration. Cleanliness of 10.attention of 20...all great. The room was super spacious. We were 2 adults and a child and they put us a King size bed and a sofa bed. We were wonderful. It's already my 2nd time here and there's sure to be a 3rd.

Sleep quality lets it down
Overall a good hotel, friendly staff, with a good proximity to the metro and walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. Rooms are small but big enough, beds are comfy and the safe is free to use. But the walls are so thin that you can hear everyone coming and going which has really let it down. So ear plugs are a must!

Dishonest
I made a reservation on March 17 and cancelled the same evening. Despite the free cancellation on LastMinute, the hotel still has my money as of April 24. What thieves! Highly discouraged hotel. Dishonest people who don't want to make the refund.

Very expensive room and was not well insulated. You could hear all the street noises. Is this a 4 star hotel? Not being able to sleep?
