Highly recommended hotel and good location

We have been surprised with the hotel in general at this time which is not high season...; the service has been perfect since arrival, at checkin, the room clean, very comfortable and overlooking the pool, 507 and in the dining room despite being a trip of Social Tourism the food has been varied and with free wine of tap, red, rosé and white so we can not complain; in the dining room I want to highlight the employees: Maribel, Cordoba, who attends the live iron, very diligent, helps you in everything, if any product is missing you just have to ask her and replenish it (if any) at the moment, very friendly and to our bartender Alfredo who normally attends you in drinks, very good uncle, professional, attentive and with which we have shared experiences that we have had in Cartagena de Indias, what a chance being a country and city that few know; I also have to highlight Carlos, is the entertainer of the grandparents of Social Tourism in the leisure times; it has a pool, very cold water, I have been able to try giving me a bath with many sunbeds and has another pool, very nice that is closed until the beginning of the season where there will be shows that is precisely what we have missed in our stay, no evening animation so for the room; we have trained in the gym that is by the pool, small but very complete.

Unforgettable Ibiza

The hotel has a lot of quality, it is very comfortable even in winter. And we must highlight the animator, Carlos. It makes us end the day with a great night of dancing. Filling the ballroom every night. Ending with all customers asking for "other, another, another..." Superb professional...

Spectacular food and very good service

I'm sitting in the dining room and I just had dinner and I'm happy. I love the food of the hotels of the Invisa chain and usually go to Cala Blanca and Cala Verde and it is the second time I come to the Es Pla hotel. The treatment of the people, as always, impeccable and the hotel fulfills everything promised. I'm glad I trusted you. That was a hit.

Don't go if your English

The hotel was very clean, the staff apart from David the entertainer, and the lady receptionist were rude and, we did not feel welcome at all, we were bed and breakfast only, when I asked if I could add mushrooms to the omelette the lady that was cooking shouted at me PLAIN ONLY, the next day was a different person and he allowed other guests (Spanish to add whatever they desired). We asked the man on reception if he could tell us where the bingo was being played, and he strongly told us NOT FOR YOU SPANISH ONLY!!!. We then met friendly Davide who invited us to play games and bingo, we were shocked as he said everyone can play as he is very much bilingual?! If it hadn't have been for Davide we would have not have made the friends we have and joined in anything, the feeling of discrimination from the staff was very apparent. We definitely will not recommend anybody especially English to stay there and we definitely will not be returning.

Ibiza in October

Great hotel near the center , the bus station, a supermarket and also a car and scoteer rental, free parking in the immediate vicinity.Personal reception very friendly and helpful to various requests, we took advantage of half board, very positive experience abundant and very varied both breakfast and dinner, comfortable rooms beds buoni.Consigliato and great value for money.
