Four days of hotel bliss.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms fantastic, service from Anna and Valerie was also great - really helpful in terms of local area, places to eat and see. Food was good - breakfast was really great start to the day in the mountains. I'll be back next year. Would highly recommend.

Scam

The apartment is a real embarrassment. In booking it is advertised as a one bedroom apartment with "sofa bed". The sofa bed turned out to be a dirty mat laid on the floor on the cushions of a small, old and broken sofa (attached photos), and on top of that they wanted to charge us an extra for putting on the blissful mat and I had to fight so they wouldn't charge it. The hygiene of sheets and cookware is absent. The shower is very small and the curtain sticks to your body when you are showering. Half the plugs don't work. There is only one fan for the whole apartment and it is extremely hot in summer. At night I opened the window to get some fresh, but the apartment overlooks a square and the two days we were there were people bottling up until dawn. I had booked all week and I endured two days because of the tear that was giving me everything and because of the inability to sleep. I lost that money.

Very good place to stay in Graus

We loved this hotel located in Graus. My partner and I spent a very comfortable weekend. All very well. The room was very cozy and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed dinner, everything was delicious. I recommend this site.

I recommend it. Excellent treatment by the staff, spectacular views from any room, the hotel is beautiful, all made of stone and wood. Very elegant and affordable price. Pets are welcome.

Don’t stay here

This is a terrible hotel. They gave us a room knowing the rooms air conditioner was broken and when we complained they eventually gave us a suite.
The bathroom sick was clogged. no Kleenex tissue. They have a shower gel that is used for hair, soap etc but no conditioner.
The breakfast, if you can call it that is terrible. No eggs very meager display of cheese and ham no fruit
The dinner was good but expensive
Go anywhere else but here
