Excellent chain hotel
Excellent 4 stars, located on the road from Malaga (La Chana). Well-disposed buffet. Good treatment from the staff. Quiet and spacious room. Very professional reception (Abir advised us very well) Imserso Stay, in a hotel with good facilities.

Fatal. Nothing recommended
Fatal. We had no towels at 4pm. We ordered toothpaste pq we had forgotten and neither had. A mess. You have 2 stars left over. I would never recommend it. It's isolated and very stale. I don't explain how they have a level hotel category. Unfortunate care of staff

Catastrophic image room
We have been there for a few days (IMSERSO). Rating of the hotel staff.-10. breakfast and dinner.-7. Room theme, cleanliness.-10, beds.- 9. Furniture.- 8. In addition to the 2 beds, there were 2 others in bunk beds and in front of the only window in the room, the image that appeared in the room was as if We were in a catastrophe. Bad image for a 4* hotel. The location of the hotel was not bad, thanks to the fact that there was a bus stop very close. After this experience with the hotel and IMSERSO. We have seen the opinions of other destinations that we have in reserve and the opinions are worse, therefore we already know that we will not go.

We have visited this hotel for four days (travel within provincial capitals) in this type of trip you have accommodation, breakfast and dinner. I'll start by saying that of the four stars it has one more than one, the room is a little old, the hangers in the wardrobe are a little worn out, the pillows are very thin and soft, the only thing it has is the bathroom mirror, the size is fine, it seemed strange to me That on the bed there was a sheet and a very old double blanket, I hadn't seen that for many years, the cleanliness is quite good, it's the only good thing.
The first meal was dinner and it is buffet style, with little variety, it is from eight to ten, they have something hot, salads, some sausage and some dessert, everything is fine until nine o'clock arrives and they stop restocking, which is not true. I understand since dinner is until ten, the second night there was no dessert, no bread and the cold food was a disaster. Hotel on the outskirts of Granada, there is a N1 bus a few meters away that runs approximately every half hour, this leaves you at Triumph Gardens.
The staff is nice, I don't know if that's how it always works or if it's because it's an imserso trip, but if that's the case, you better not want to take a cut from where there isn't any.

Very good price and services according to it. It is not a place for delicacies but it is suitable for overnight stays where one seeks operability.
It has its own parking although it is small and without direct access to the hotel. Its location requires transportation to go to the center of Granada.
