Excellent experience
The hotel is very nice, very well maintained. Everything works great. The rooms are very clean, the sheets spotless. Breakfast is very complete with fresh produce, very good.

Impeccable in every way
It is the third stay in this hotel, it is simply impeccable, without stridents, friendly and attentive staff, we spent only one night of a weekend, but everything was easy, the room impeccable, the price more than fair, the breakfast buffet more than enough and of high quality, to improve the orange juice but the rest of ten.

Perfect for a relaxing stay in a pleasant setting
Very nice hotel in a nice setting.
The dining room is very nice, all glazed with a nice mountain view.
There is no restaurant but the snack bar still offers a table service with a pizzeria menu. It’s more than enough when you just want a cocooning evening at the hotel.
The room with mezzanine was perfect for 4.
Breakfast is full, there is something for everyone.
And the gym equipment is brand new and upscale.
We spent two really nice days.
The dining room is very nice, all glazed with a nice mountain view.

The hotel is beautiful, very well appointed, clean, excellent facilities and the location is stunning, in a quiet rural area with magnificent views over the valley and mountains. I was on a skiing break and the location could not have been better, only 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes on good, well maintained roads.
The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.
I booked the breakfast and was not dissapointed, a great selection of delicious food.
The staff were all very professional and friendly except for the girl working in the bar, all I can say is that someone from the hotel should spend a bit of time with her and teach her the basics of customer service, how to greet guests and ensure she realises that she works in a four star hotel, it is not difficult to make someone feel welcome and it is aslo just as easy to offend and let down the establishment.

Location and views of the hotel, GREAT. Hotel maintenance (especially at the entrance), GREAT. The wood in the rest of the hotel would need a little fine-tuning. Room well enough, comfortable and spacious. The perfect bathroom. Bed and pillows, fine. Attention of the staff of 10. Breakfast, well enough; we have read some bad reviews about it and they are not right; breakfast is correct, it offers everything that breakfasts of this type offer, well served and in perfect condition. Overall we are very happy with our stay at the hotel.
