Not much cleaning.

Rooms are not cleaned every day. There's dirt on the floor.
It doesn't look like a four-star hotel but less so.
Sheets don't change them often.
Mattresses are not comfortable.
More light is needed in the bathroom.
Value for money is not in line.

Place to go

The hotel is very good but has several things to improve. The heat in the room was tremendous and the window had to be open to cool it because they had put the heat pump and it is not reversible, maybe in winter it is not noticeable. The wifi is very poor in the rooms must use their own data. The hotel is very large, with many rooms, has its rush hours when you have to use the stairs to get down. The good part: the price is very good, the staff very attentive, the rooms very comfortable and well assembled. Own parking. Everything in the hotel is very good.

I find the cancellation policy too rigid

I booked 3 nights and due to my wife's illness we had to leave a day early. Even alluding and submitted emergency report I had to pay the 3 nights. I think in a situation like this they might have had a little consideration.

Super cool

We liked everything from the friendliness of the reception woman, the beautiful hotel, the very large nice room and the spectacular bathroom with a hydromassage shower, they put the gel , shampoo and cream in great big boats, as they usually give envelopes that do not serve much....no shortage of details in the room, but the best of all the breakfast, great great, there were lots of things and all very good, the lovely dining room
