Nice clean hotel

Very nice hotel, exceptionally clean & comfortable for a very short stay before an early morning flight. Nice amenities in room. Front desk lady was very nice & spoke excellent english. Restaurant food was good and tasty but service was a little lacking in terms of friendliness of waitress & despite our Romanian guide asking if there was anything on the menu “not available” & her replying no, everything was available, learned that pizza was not & they had no broccoli when ordered. I also had to convince the waitress to bring me a glass of water when I could see many jugs of water set out on the counter. Turned out they were for a large group but I just wanted one glass of water. Perhaps suggest a little more training on service.

Ideal for getting to know the city centre

The hotel is housed in a new, stately building next to the historic Mitropolia building, very close to the city center. The interior exudes opulence, the service is impeccable and the restaurant offers a tailor-made menu to suit every taste. Ideal for day trips or sightseeing.

Terrible experience

After a relatively pleasant first experience (it was too hot in the room and we couldn't turn off the heat, the only option was to sleep with the window open) we decided to return to this hotel.
Unfortunately, it was not an inspired decision. On the second visit I found the toilet bowl dirty. I asked the reception to get another room or to clean the bathroom.
I was told by the reception that a person will come to clean. Something that happened, but the person who came was "armed" only with a sprayer, which probably contained, and I hope, a solution to clean the toilet. The person in question spent about 2 minutes in the bathroom, during which time he wiped only the area in question with the toilet brush in the bathroom, as if only the area in question needed to be sanitized.
If this is how the bathroom is cleaned, how do you wash the linen and towels?
We probably should have thought about the fact that on both visits the parking lot was almost empty and in the restaurant there were only 2 or 3 occupied tables.

Best hotel in Suceava

We stayed two nights in king-bed suite. The spaciousness, cleanliness and comfort were excellent. This is the perfect place to begin and end a tour of the Bucovina Painted Monasteries. The hotel is close to downtown restaurants with private parking lot. Super easy to find. We ate one dinner at their in-house restaurant. The red wine we chose was a bit off, but otherwise the meal was great.

great experience

we were in vacantion at suceava in november. it was very cold outside and despite the fact there were no many guests in hotel in november, the rooms were heated ( in bathroom also was very hot), at the restaurant they have everything from the menu, etc. the rooms are very clean, and everything was perfect. we prolonged our stay with 2 additional nights because we liked a lot. from restaurant menu we recommed benedict eggs.. were great! congratulation for the management. i look forward to come back soon.
