Avoid if possible
In fact in the morning you are awakened by the sound of drills and hammers.
It's unacceptable. Now I had specified that I wanted a quiet room they should have informed me! It's quite scandalous and dishonest
Moreover the staff is very unkind! The hotel is quite far from everything!

Villa Arzilla
Bad service, dirty rooms and horrible cleaning service, on return found pillows covered on the ground, beds covered without redoing, bathroom changed only towels in the sink still toothpaste.
At the reception some of the very rude staff.

The worst hotel I have ever been to
As for the hotel's breakfast, it is minimal with limited choices even though it is 4 stars. The staff in the restaurant are rude and annoying because they come repeatedly to take the dishes you haven't eaten yet so you don't want to go for breakfast.
Also, our cleaning staff damaged personal items without replacing them. The damage was to my mobile phone charger. They broke the cable and the plug of the socket. Despite the conversations we had with people from the reception who did not bother at all and did not report the fact of the damage to the hotel manager because he was on leave from what we were informed and there was no responsible person for such cases. They didn't believe us for the damage and were blaming each other. The girl who was on duty that day (the girl with long black hair and relatively short) was quite rude and did not want to serve us and was busy on her mobile phone without paying attention to what we said. After many attempts, they only promised us in words that the problem would be fixed by email, and absolutely nothing has been done and we have returned to our country.
The cleaners threw away some of our things without us wanting it and we realized it after our return to the hotel in the evening. Also, the hotel does not have a luggage ramp, making it difficult to get there.
The reception staff were absent from their post, making our stay there not pleasant.
