The location is good, just one minute walk to the Metro or the shopping center. The staff speak English well and helpful.

Locked up

A disgrace. The door jammed and we've been waiting almost 3 hours for a technician. They don't tell us anything, that he's on his way and that there's no maintenance on the weekend... We lost the morning and bookings for a holiday weekend. Don't come.

Brand new hotel, very well located, lovely staff and a variety of choices for breakfast. It is very close to a department store (El Corte Inglés), a subway station and few attractions. Microwave and mini fridge is also available.
Definitely, I will come back.

A great new hotel only opened only may 2024 big rooms with big tv in the room able to watch Eurosport tennis you pay tourist tax as soon as you arrive no problem speedy service was a good price 35 pounds a night this chain opening hotels in uk in London and Birmingham this year will make the market more competitive keep up the good work guys
