I have said all in the above experience, I am awaiting a refund but I cannot imagine this will happen

Just awful,sadly,very dated, dreadful breakfast,staff very helpful,but never again massive building works happening starting at 8 am,and Saturdays,so no rest at all road traffic late at night too overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel!

A pleasant discovery

Fabulous hotel, in the center a stone's throw from Piazza del Sale and market, very quiet (our room gave inward, not on the street) rich breakfast for the savory scarce for dessert. Comfortable beds, very (too) warm room without thermostat, carpet a bit dated. Overall however a 'great accommodation.
