The room we were given was in bad shape. Our elderly mother could not walk up so many stairs si they changed our room to the lower floor which was in bad shape.

Poor rooms

Room was poorly ventilated with a bathroom that was horrible with broken eqipment and stagnant smell. Staff werer good and helpful. Location is great literally opposite suffa gold mall. Also the F6 markaz is across the road

Don't stay in this property

One of the worst accomodations ever experienced, faulty ACs, blocked washroom drains, broken taps, stinking rugs.
Staff seems helpless, blaming each other for not solving complaints.
The only positive thing about the place is its location.
