I highly recommend this hotel if you come visit the oriental.

The hotel is very well located.
Cleanliness and impeccable comfort. The staff is very efficient and responsive to customers. We were very well received.

The room was clean, the towels always changed well
Too bad for the windows of room 109 which close very poorly and therefore a lot of noise
Very poorly soundproofed hotel
As for the breakfast, it really wasn't good at all, the pancakes were cold, the tea was lukewarm and there really wasn't much choice in the buffet.

Hotel Fajr Oujda very bad experience

Very very bad experience in this hotel. We were given an overheated room due to the passage of radiator pipes from the corridor inside the room. We complained to reception, who sent a technician to supposedly resolve the problem 1 hour after our complaint. The technician informed us that he cannot do anything, because the heating is central and must operate in all the rooms on the floor. We called reception again to let them know of our distress. The lady at reception just told us, open the window, as if we were waiting for her recommendation to do so. At 11 p.m. we go down to reception in our pajamas with our luggage to demand either a refund or a change of room. Both requests were refused because they supposedly no longer have any rooms available. My husband and I decided to spend the night on the reception sofa, with our suitcases. 15 minutes later, as if by magic, the receptionist found us a room next to our old room and which this time had no heating problem.

Superb, quiet, clean and well-equipped room

We were treated to a superb room with free coffee machine and capsules, in addition to mineral water and all-inclusive breakfast and dinner. The room is very clean, equipped with an extra small mattress. The quality of the food is impeccable, the welcome and the waiters very kind. The only problem is parking: difficult to find your place once your car is used. Otherwise, the quality/price ratio is interesting. I would not hesitate to book there again and I recommend it to travelers. Finally, not to forget: the cleanliness, the centralized air conditioning, the lighting, the bedding, the absolute calm, the comfort, a real treat that is worth the detour.

Very warm welcome and sense of service

Arriving late around 1 a.m., the rooms reserved 15 minutes before were prepared. Someone came to prepare the last bed and check that we weren't missing anything. Bottles of water present and courtesy tray. Shower gel provided, clean and modern room and bathroom. We were given a warm welcome. The staff speaks French and accepted our payment in euros. During breakfast the servers were attentive and attentive. We were looking for eggs, he immediately offered to prepare us an omelette of our choice. Continental buffet breakfast with Moroccan specialties as well. We cannot ask for more. Prices are correct.
