Holidays with the family

Hotel dated but central .... old and nauseating rooms ... dirty ... great restaurant and praise .. super staff ... I gave 5 stars for the whole context (centrality of the hotel, staff and restaurant) if you can not have breakfast here is always the same ... we had to buy Nutella and jam because baked

For unpretentious tourists!

If you're an unassuming traveller. Dirty, murdered furniture. Hairdryer is missing. The towels are washed. There's a couple of tinny soaps in the bathtub. The plumbing is all dead.
Just sleep over!
Dinner was good! Street noise. If anyone needs alcohol, there's a little shop right on the way out.

Wery satisfied

It is a nice hotel, very good location in Gueliz, quiet street so there is not much noise from cars.
The room was nice, reasonable, had a balcony which I appreciate, bed comfortable. The bathroom also good, clean everywhere. Wifi worked without problems.
Hotel have a good restaurant and cafe. I have had a light lunch (Harira and omelette) there and had both mint tea and coffee and everything tasted good. Staff was really nice. In reception it was neutral, not very good but not bad either.

Bad hotel reception

Very bad hotel reception, i seen on booking price 40 usd with taxes and alls and when i come to hotel reception he said 50 usd without breakfast. He doesn't know how to deal with customers. Very bad experience.
i do not recommend booking at hotel. Please book online before going

Satisfied

The room was OK, not big but spacious in any case and I liked to have a balcony from where was view over the town. The bathroom was OK. All was clean. Breakfast continental. Wifi worked good.
Maybe it could be refreshed a bit, it was an older hotel and was a bit worn out. The bathtub would be changed.
It was good stay in any case. To Medina it was a bit to go or take a taxi. I stayed there only one night because I would fly back home next day, but if I wish to stay longer in Marrakech I would choose some Riad inside Medina or closer.
