The hotel is understaffed. Stayed there 4 nights and had a hard time getting room service to clean our room one of the days.
The floors are all tiled so that’s a positive.
Had to keep the toilet lid closed because of an awful sewage smell.

The hotel overall is okay. I just wish that their check in would be faster. I waited for about 15minutes to get checked in. Also the shampoo was rancid. It did not make any foam. The hotel was clean and their breakfast was good.

it all started when I tried calling the hotel to ask a question they wouldn’t answer the phones at all. Second customer service was very bad at check in , they even asked me to send them the receipt where I had pre paid my stay, which I thought was weird because it should automatically come up in their system! Third, the room was not what the pictures looked online. The bathroom situation was the worst part where all the water came out of the shower. This will be the last time I stay at a city express.

Don't have towels in the room, I called front desk but never took the towels to my room. Bad service.
